This product is a bimetallic extruded fin tube composed of a carbon steel or alloy steel core tube combined with an aluminum outer fin layer. The aluminum fins are formed by an extrusion process that permanently bonds the aluminum sleeve to the steel tube, ensuring excellent thermal contact and long-term stability. The steel tube provides pressure resistance and mechanical strength, while the aluminum fins deliver superior heat transfer performance.

Outer Diameter (Tube): 12–60 mm

Reliable Fin Bonding: The extrusion process creates a permanent mechanical bond, eliminating fin detachment during thermal cycling or vibration.
Corrosion Protection: Aluminum fins provide excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, while optional coatings or cathodic protection can be applied for offshore or coastal environments.
Wide Temperature Range: Designed to operate reliably from cryogenic conditions up to approximately 300°C on the fin side, meeting typical oil and gas heat exchanger requirements.
Lower Lifecycle Cost: High heat efficiency allows compact exchanger design, reducing material usage, maintenance frequency, and operating costs.
Custom Engineering Support: Fin geometry, tube material, and dimensions can be optimized for gas coolers, air coolers, and process heat exchangers.
